Invaluable People is partnering with Oregon Entrepreneurs Network for an introduction of it's Leading Healthy Sales approach: an authentic, relationship-driven mindset that helps entrepreneurs and teams grow by shifting from persuasion to contribution, pitching to listening, and “closing” to creating healthy matches on Tuesday, April 28th at 8:30 am on Zoom.


You’ll be guided through key concepts and tools from the full Leading Healthy Sales workshop, designed to help you initiate and sustain high-value conversations, ask better questions, listen for underlying needs, and follow up in ways that build trust and momentum. The goal is practical and repeatable: strengthen client relationships, reinforce brand reputation, and build a healthier sales culture; without compromising your culture or integrity.

As a bonus topic, we’ll also explore how these same authentic sales concepts can support investor and funding conversations, helping founders communicate value clearly and confidently with potential funders and strategic partners.

Dr. Don Jones
Founding Consultant

Dr. Jones is the founder of Invaluable People, LLC, a consulting firm that helps organizations build healthy workplaces and learning-driven cultures that sustain stronger results. His work focuses on practical, people-first capacity building; strengthening learning, leadership, culture, and the everyday systems that help teams learn, adapt, and follow through. Don brings decades of experience across banking, operations, sales leadership, and company ownership, including serving as SVP and Regional Manager for a Northwest bank, supported by graduate study (MBA) and doctoral research.
 
He has held leadership roles with more than 20 nonprofit and civic organizations and received a Governor’s Award for expanding access to competitive sports for disadvantaged children. Don earned his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in 2025, researching an accessible model for becoming a learning organization. He is currently completing a book on the value and potential of people at work; and their vital impact on success.
